Refund Policy
What you get back, and when. Short, because it should be.
The principle
If a Cedr product is not working for you, we'd rather you have your money back than have you stay annoyed. This policy is short and honest because it should be.
Free tiers
Free tiers (e.g. RentCare Solo) have no refunds because there is nothing to refund. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Data.
Paid tiers, first 14 days
If you cancel within 14 days of paying for any annual subscription, we refund 100%, no questions, no forms, no exit interview. Write to refunds@cedrailabs.in with your invoice number. We process within 5 working days; the credit appears in your account in 7–10 working days.
After 14 days, pro-rata
After the first 14 days, refunds are pro-rated to the unused portion of your subscription, minus a flat ₹200 administrative fee that covers payment-processor cost-recovery. We do not pro-rate features that have already shipped value (e.g. a Schedule HP report you have already exported and filed).
Service failures
If we breach our monthly availability commitment of 99.5% (about 3.6 hours of downtime in a calendar month), you may request a service credit of 1/30th of that month's fee for every additional hour of downtime, up to a full month's credit. Credits apply to future renewals; cash refunds are issued only if you simultaneously cancel.
How to ask
Email refunds@cedrailabs.in from the email address registered on your account, with the subject "Refund · <your invoice number>". We aim to acknowledge within 24 working hours and complete within 7 working days.
